Terex Cranes Launch New Bt 26106 Super Stinger™ Boom Truck

Released in 2010, the Terex BT 26106 Super Stinger boom truck is a unique combination of innovative and easy to use design, structural strength and reliable & exceptional performance, while maintaining the cost-efficiency. The people from Terex have stated that this crane represents a beginning of a new era of Terex boom cranes. This crane offers a class performance and incredible versatility, due to its innovative outrigger design and unique boom structure and length. Add the rough versatility of its lattice jib with additional section and jib offset and you have one of the most versatile boom cranes on the Earth. The Terex 26106 offers a performance of a true 26-ton, world-class boom crane.



Its innovative outrigger design is something that gained a lot of attention on the presentation. The outriggers of the Terex BT 26106 provide over-the-front lift performance with an average of 80% of the over-the-rear value. This crane has a proven boom design, ensuring a big structural strength and low weight and outpacing all 26-ton boom cranes by huge 10%. Also, the tip height of the 30-meter boom is incredibly 50 meters when fitted with the 14-meter jib. The jib features a jib pull-out section, that in some cases enables the jib to meet specific job site requirements. Additionally, the lifting capacity can increase for 22% when fitted to the high-strength boom.
