Different Types Of Back Hoe Attachments

Tuesday, July 29, 2014

A back hoe loader is described as extremely flexible and versatile construction machine that can be used for a variety of tasks. In my opinion, the versatility comes from the different back hoe attachments. Beside the standard bucket, when equipped with other back hoe attachment, this machine can be used for completing various construction tasks.

Case Loaders To Boost Production

Wednesday, May 28, 2014

The today's world of fast development and innovations on a daily basis has led to many improvements in the construction equipment industry. Although the basic technology of scooping up material has not changed, the loaders today come with many new advanced technologies and features, promising to boost production. Generally, the newer loaders are very fuel cost-efficient, have incredible lifting and power capacities, new features and controls, improved hydraulics, new drive trains, etc. With all these advancements, it would be foolish to have doubts why the construction equipment industry has improved so much.

In the following years, it is expected the construction industry to improve even more, as the demand of the customers for both used and new loaders has increased significantly. One loader manufacturer that follow each demand of its customers is Case. In the early 2013, Case (Construction Equipment) has introduced a new line of wheel loaders, the 621F and 721F. These two Case loader models are waste handlers and they bring an extraordinary productivity on job sites.

As each Case loader is usually employed for working with heavy debris, they need to be well protected. With protective guards in 16 key-areas and advanced air filtration components (for working in contaminated areas), both Case loader models are able to operate in the toughest areas and on any weather condition. Not only protective guards, but Case loaders come with metal hydraulic hoses, a windshield windscreen guard, front and rear frame guards, front axle covers, transmission guard, fuel tank guard, side cover guard and few more light guards.

These waste handlers feature a wide fin spacing in order to maintain the cooling capability by allowing larger debris to pass through the coolers. The cover of the cooling module is slanted for reducing the build-up of materials and for helping in self-cleaning. Not only these two Case loader models, but the entire F Series features SCR, a selective catalytic reduction technology. In their cabins, the Case loaders include an advanced instrument cluster which offers 4-operating modes and 3-mode power, in order to maximize the fuel consumption by allowing the operators to choose an engine throttle and rpm.

Additionally, they feature an auto idle, which is an incredible fuel-saving feature that reduces the fuel consumption while the operators switch from one to another task. Their cabins include multiple screens that show a variety of information, while allowing the operators an exceptional visibility and control of the basic job functions. So, these technologies featured in each Case loader promise to enhance the efficiency and productivity on a job site.

Benefits of Case Compact Loaders

Wednesday, May 21, 2014

Being in construction for years, having powerful and dependable equipment is crucial for timely completion of projects and success of the business. And even though many of my competitors are proud owners of large machinery, I have to say that the Case loader is one of our most worthy assets. Compact in size, yet super powerful to complete some of the more demanding construction tasks, Case loader has increased the payload and overall productivity of my company. Moreover, this machine is able to access even the most narrow spaces what saves me a lot on labor cost and minimizes employee waste time.
